A Career at Columbia
A Different Kind of Adventure
Columbia Sportswear knows a thing or two about adventures. After all, we’ve been on one for over 70 years, constantly working to perfect the art and enjoyment of the greater outdoors. And, behind everything we make is an employee who’s found that the greatest adventure starts with joining a company that offers them much more than just a paycheck. At Columbia, we believe that you don’t have to travel very far to find a great career. Wondering where your next adventures will take you? Let’s talk. We might be able to help.

Suggested Interview Attire
Proper attire is important for any successful job candidate and Columbia is no exception. We like to keep it casual, so you probably won't need a suit and tie, but you'll still want to be on mark. So here are a few ideas to point you in the right direction. And remember, if you don’t get the job, you'll still be set for a rewarding position in the Greater Outdoors.
Executive: Nothing says leadership like khaki
You'll be on the road a lot, so show up ready to run. Hop into some travel gear and don't forget to tuck in that polo. You're in charge and need to look the part.

Design: Fit in by standing out
It's OK to show off most tattoos, but only select piercings. Bonus if you ride in on a fixie.

Shipping: Bring it on
Speed is the name of the game, and yes, you may need a helmet. Our warehouses are so vast we cycle through them.

Intern: You gotta start somewhere
Want to make a good impression? Bring your own pencil and the best group treats you can afford (which won’t be much). Slightly different from regular employees, brown nosing is strongly encouraged.
